Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club has two very important departments each designed to assist you with your Membership. Our Customer Service Department along with our V.I.P Services Department employs dedicated staff members from around the globe. Each staff member brings with them their own unique qualities and experience allowing the organization to provide and meet the needs of our international clientele.
Our Customer Service Department is dedicated to providing LHVC Members with a personalized service that includes their own customer service representative, who will handle requests for RCI, II as well as an exclusive LHVC travel department, INTrave’L Group.
V.I.P Services is dedicated to taking care of all our Member’s requirements while on property including transportation, international drink deliveries, golf carts, restaurant reservations, Ocean World admission tickets, scheduling a BBQ in a villa, special events and more.
