Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club has two very important Departments each designed to assist you with your Membership. Our Customer Service Department along with our V.I.P Services Department employs dedicated staff Members from around the globe. Each staff Member brings with them their own unique qualities and experience allowing the organization to provide and meet the needs of our international clientele.
The Customer Service Department is directed by Jackie Bramhill, Managed by Stacey Smith and Jane Herzel, and Supervised by Julia Lympany and Jillian Arthus.
Our Customer Service Department is dedicated to providing LHVC Members with a personalized service that includes their own Customer Service Representative who handles LHVC booking requests as well as RCI and II deposits. If you wish to contact your Representative, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so you can be put in touch with your own personal Customer Service Representative.
The V.I.P. Services department is directed by Nabila Meshur, Managed by Ray Hernandez, and Supervised by Wildry Mordan, Cristina Cabrera, Conception Diaz, Nadeige Debruyne, and Stephanie Kfouri.
Our V.I.P Service Department is dedicated to taking care of all our Member’s requirements while on resort including transportation, international drinks orders, golf carts, restaurant reservations, Ocean World Admission tickets, scheduling the Gourmet BBQ, special events, and more. These trained professionals will visit our Members daily in villas and call daily in all other accommodations to make sure that our Members are receiving the V.I.P Service they expect and deserve.
