Customer & V.I.P Service

Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club has two very important Departments each designed to assist you with your Membership. Our Customer Service Department along with our V.I.P Services Department employs dedicated staff Members from around the globe. Each staff Member brings with them their own unique qualities and experience allowing the organization to provide and meet the needs of our international clientele.

The Customer Service Department is directed by Jackie Bramhill, managed by Stacy Smith and Vance Paul and supervised by Jane Herzel and Walkiria Perez and our Mexico Branch is supervised by Maria Garcia.

Our Customer Service Department is dedicated to providing LHVC Members with a personalized service that includes their own customer service representative, who will handle all of your booking requests including RCI, II and our exclusive INTrave’L Department.

The V.I.P Services Department is directed by Nabila Meshur, managed by Sylvia Klein and Ray Hernandez and supervised by Wildry Mordan, Cristina Cabrera, Concepcion Diaz, Nadeige Debruyne and Stephanie Kfouri. V.I.P Services is dedicated to taking care of all our Member’s requirements while on resort including transportation, international drinks delivery, golf carts, restaurant reservations, Ocean World Admission tickets, scheduling a BBQ in a villa, special events and more.

These trained professionals will visit our Members daily in villas and call daily in all other accommodations to make sure that our Members are receiving the V.I.P Service they expect and deserve.
